Boys Tennis State Champs!

Tennis Team Continue With Winning Ways

This past Saturday the Bear River Tennis Team went to a team tournament at Woods Cross where they played against top programs in 4A and 5A and came away with the championship!  In the championship they faced host Woods Cross and  defeated them 3-2!   This is definitely proving to be a contender for the

Tennis Starts On Top

Congratulations to the boys varsity tennis team as they traveled down to a tournament in St. George this last weekend and came away with the first place trophy.  After playing many schools with great programs they met up in the championship with Sky View and battled them to end ending up with the Championship!  


Last week at the State Boy’s Tennis Tournament in St. George, Bear River’s tennis team had a great showing.  The boys tennis team  took a very respectable 5th place in state.  Steffen Rigby, Bear River’s #1 singles player, won the state title!  This is a first  in the history of our school for the #1

A different kind of Service

Steffen Rigby Goes 4-0 At St. George Tournament

Steffen Rigby, sophomore from Bear River High School,  went 4-0 in 1st singles at the Saint George team duels.  Steffen had wins against very strong first singles players from Woods Cross, Pleasant Grove, Judge Memorial, and Juab.  Steffen was pushed to first and second set tie breaks against Pleasant Grove and didn’t drop any sets
